Restoration and lifting of barbecue area structures after subsidence and damage

In its work, the company GeoResin has to intersect with extremely small objects, such as stoves or barbecue areas. As a rule, the feasibility study of the project at first glance indicates the high cost of the work being implemented, but if you look closely, it becomes clear that this is one of the most effective solutions that allow you to restore the original appearance of the cooking zone on the site in the long run.

In the spring of 2018, our company received an inquire for leveling the foundation of the gazebo and barbecue area located on the house plot. As a result of the survey work, it became clear that the ground under the foundation of the barbecue is in a rather poor condition and at the same time, due to the lack of drainage, it is highly saturated with moisture.

The restoration project provided for the use of strengthening the foundation soil and lifting the subsided structure to its original design position. Also, as a recommendation, a drainage facility was given in order to prevent the formation of new movements and damages. The restoration of the barbecue area and gazebo was completed in 3 hours, the cracks were closed and required only minor cosmetic repairs.
