Problem:
During the construction of the warehouse of food and non-food products, there was an uneven subsidence of the floor slabs and the foundation part of the landing stages.
During the survey, voids up to 15 cm were found under the floor slab, and the recorded deviation of the floor slab from the design mark reached 8 cm. The sediment of the foundation part of the landing stages was up to 9 cm, which led to the suspension of structures on neighboring elements.
Task:
Re-leveling the floor slabs in the horizontal plane, lifting the subsided elements of the foundation of the landing stages.
Decision:
GeoResin specialists performed work on strengthening the base of the floor slab, filling the detected spaces under the slab, leveling the floor slab in a horizontal plane, lifting the foundations of the decks and restoring the working condition of the landing stages.
